Acceptable Use Policy

Customers must use internet services lawfully and responsibly. The following activities are prohibited or may result in action where permitted by the applicable service agreement and law:

• Using the service for unlawful activities or fraud.
• Attempting unauthorized access to networks, systems or accounts.
• Distributing malware, harmful code or malicious traffic.
• Interfering with network availability or intentionally disrupting other users.
• Using the service to violate applicable intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.

Network Security

Customers should secure their Wi-Fi routers, change default credentials and keep devices and software updated. If you suspect that your connection or account has been compromised, contact support.

Enforcement

Where misuse is identified, Novetel Communication may investigate and take reasonable action consistent with the applicable agreement and law, including suspension where permitted.
